The first job interview can be either here at the office or digitally. During the interview we will talk about your talents and ambitions. We can also tell you more about the culture and functions at Bakker Sliedrecht.
If both parties are still enthusiastic, a second interview will follow.

Since 2009, we have had our own company school. Here, we annually train a number of students to become MBO-4 service technicians.
The students then have the opportunity to obtain a permanent position within our company or to move on to one of the follow-up HBO programmes.
