Bakker Sliedrecht just signed the second major contract with IHC for oil-filled underwater motors this year. Bakker will deliver 3 high-performance motors, each weighing 60 tons, along with high-voltage cables for the motors.
We’ll also be supplying a Dredge Pump Monitoring & Control System (DPMCS) cabinet, ensuring seamless monitoring and control of the underwater motor and pump support systems for this project. This helps maximizing asset performance and efficiency. Our team will be on-site to connect and commission the motors for a 25,000 m³ hopper dredger currently under construction.
