Today, VINCI Energies announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire the Dutch companies RH Marine Netherlands B.V. (RH Marine) and Bakker Sliedrecht Electro Industrie B.V. (Bakker Sliedrecht). With this transaction, VINCI Energies gains market position in the maritime sector in the Netherlands and strengthens its industrial portfolio.
RH Marine is a major system integrator, founded in 1860, that provides engineering and integrating tailored solutions for automation and electrical systems in the maritime industry. With its high-end
expertise and experience, RH Marine offers innovative solutions for all ship support platform systems in the market for marine vessels and superyachts.
Since its founding in 1919, Bakker Sliedrecht has been developing into an electrical integrator that designs, installs, and maintains electrical installations in the dredging, offshore, maritime and landbased
industries. Its expertise is in providing sustainable solutions that prepare the maritime fleet for the future.

The transaction will be submitted to the Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) and is expected to be completed in Q4 2024.
